Tasting Notes

Nose

Light and poised. Stands slightly aloof. Dusty spice, cumin and anise. Plain with water (youth).Wheat chaff and spangles (orange sweets).

Palate

Immediate coal smoke then smoked haddock. Long and clean with a lot going on. Oily and quite subtle

Finish

Gentle, wisps of smoke.

Comment

Not quite the extra dimension that would raise it to the next level but great for a youngster.
