Nose
Light and poised. Stands slightly aloof. Dusty spice, cumin and anise. Plain with water (youth).Wheat chaff and spangles (orange sweets).
Palate
Immediate coal smoke then smoked haddock. Long and clean with a lot going on. Oily and quite subtle
Finish
Gentle, wisps of smoke.
Comment
Not quite the extra dimension that would raise it to the next level but great for a youngster.
