Nose

Some cranberry muffins and chocolate-covered raisins, then a freshly baked buttery croissant and some orange peel.

Palate

A hint of earthiness — almost smoke — appears on the palate, alongside apricot Danish, icing sugar, and apple rings.

Finish

Lengthy, with that earthy smokiness coming through more — it really sticks around.

Comment

I liked this one a lot — it was a little surprise in a glass, and I am always intrigued by drams like these.
