Nose

A first burst of Jamaican ginger cake makes this feel like a robust whisky. There’s concentrated toffee, coffee, and just a hint of smoke. Almost feels thick just nosing it.

Palate

A concentrated whisky that really gets me salivating. Brown sugar, candied nuts, stewed prunes, sticky toffee pudding. Then wet tobacco leaves and chocolate-covered coffee beans.

Finish

Long and really interesting — not too spicy, and well balanced.

A moreish, rich whisky. Excellent balance and character.
