Nose

Barbecued halloumi and courgette initially. Smoky cumin and a hint of hot pepper sauce. Cider vinegar, gooseberry, toasted flatbread, and a savoury creaminess like béchamel.

Palate

Medium bodied. Iodine peat notes emerge with green bell pepper bitterness. Baked cheesecake and caramel sauce. More flatbread and cumin seed with extra-virgin olive oil, with building warmth.

Finish

Long. Herbaceous peat notes lead, and the warmth dissipates.
