Nose

Roasted pecans and peanuts. Digestive biscuit topped with marshmallow and milk chocolate. Ripe banana. Flaked almond. Cooked apple with lots of cinnamon and ground ginger.

Palate

Medium. Baked banana with clove and cinnamon. Tart cherry and dark (100 per cent) chocolate, with the dustiness of cocoa. Nut notes continue in peanut and pecan brittle. Cooked apple chunks and almond butter.

Finish

Medium. Cherry juice, banana, and cocoa powder.
