Tasting Notes

Nose

High alcohol and quite medicinal. Butterscotch hiding in background. Lightly vegetal when reduced.

Palate

Great presence. Forceful masculine and relatively unsophisticated. Banana and toffee.

Finish

Freshly cooked and buttered, al dente green beans. Gutsy but not long.

Comment

Unusual but a bit of a crowd pleaser.
