Nose

Intense, attractive quite 'green' nose. Water reveals a lovely fragrance: a posy of wild flowers but also some rooty notes and a hint of malt bins.

Palate

Great explosion of flavour unreduced. Dried flowers, crisp malt. Water calms it down making it creamy, soft and gentle. Lovely.

Finish

Floral, spicy, complex.
