Nose

Floral and citrussy. Rose syrup, lime. Quite prickly. Green oak. Seems young. A soapy note.

Palate

Sweet. Grassy then getting dry and spicy. Zesty. Alcohol is quite aggressive. Peppermint.

Finish

Dry and grassy. Fresh chewed stem.

Comment

Quite harsh and burning. Alcohol is not tamed at all.
