Nose

Cress, Jif lemon, pizza dough, bran and wet grass. Lemon pith.

Palate

Spirity, sweet and a little bland. A faint woodiness at the end.

Finish

Largely absent, but a soggy biscuit character.

I know, I know - it's a Lowland! Still, I want a little more from a whisky. Full stop.
