Nose

Light and 'grainy'. Seems young and lacking real personality. Tisane, jasmine and banana. In time becomes floury and slightly yeasty.

Palate

Banana once again,sour apple. Young and quite hard and though the oak is adding a certain creaminess hasn't built up real succulence.

Finish

Herbal.

Comment

Good spirit, but an average whisky.
