Nose

Light and quite grainy with a distinctive pot-still sharpness injecting life.

Palate

The pot still makes and immediate impact but is very quickly pursued by some amazing sweet corn.The sweetest of all Irish whiskies.

Finish

Hints of coca of the grain; some dying embers of that grassy pot-still.

Comment

This amazingly light but extremely busy 12-year old is a one-off in the Jameson portfolio.
