Nose

Custard and puff pastry, ripe banana and stewed green apple with brown sugar. Lemon curd on pancakes. Some grassy notes.

Palate

Medium bodied. Concentrated notes of apple, banana, and fresh apricot with squirty cream. The fruits subside, replaced with vanilla, butter icing and delicate lemon zest. Porridge with lots of honey.

Finish

Medium length, sweet and creamy.

Comment

Big, bold flavours and really rather moreish. Something I could see myself going back to and recommending.
