Nose

Over-ripe banana, a sweet cardboardy note, then lightly herbal and, weirdly, some verjus (ok..white wine vinegar). Becomes butyric in time, especially with water. Buttermilk. Sour.

Palate

Very light and quite piercing. All needling focus on the front of the tongue.

Finish

Hard.
