Nose

Strawberry jam on toast. Peach purée, leaning into peach melba dessert with hints of ginger and creamy vanilla. Sultana, orange peel, and coffee beans. Dark chocolate-coated Brazil nut.

Palate

Light bodied. Stewed plum, Jamaican ginger cake, and hints of fresh root ginger. Golden syrup over porridge, creamy hazelnut, and ripe pear.

Finish

Medium-long. Ripe orchard fruit notes, like a freshly baked crumble, with more hazelnuts.

Comment

This was feather-light but showed some nice complexity.
