Nose

A bouquet of flowers - honeysuckle, jasmine and peach blossom. Peaches and nectarines emerge slowly. With water, sliced ripe pear and cardamon.

Palate

Like standing in a cool cave with soft flint and damp moss. A little lychee. With water spices tip toe around – nutmeg and mace and a sprinkle of cinnamon wrap around your tongue. An exotic wood smolders in the background. Saffron and honey.

Finish

Initially in that cool cave, but the spices warm it up. Give it the time it deserves.
