Nose

A curious lack of 'whiskiness'. Alcohol, a gin-like citrus, juniper even. Fizzy kiwis, and a mineral-like quality. Very light.

Palate

Slightly toffeeish, some melon then a slight bitterness like paracetemol.

Finish

The sound of one hand clapping.

Comment

A very clean spirit, but I was left with a sense of absence.
