Nose

Lemon and orange fruit tea, then cranberry and fruit peel. Water developed toffee, and fudge, with newly sawn sandalwood shavings.

Palate

Strawberries dipped in toffee, cherry essence and espresso coffee. Star anise and a hint of brown envelope gum.

Finish

Cooling and soothing.
