Nose

Takes a while to get much from the glass on this one. A touch of fresh oak, a bit of fudge, some red roses and maple syrup.

Palate

Very light on the palate — almost feels lighter than 40%. Some red hard sweeties, caramel, strawberry ice cream.

Finish

Very short, leaves almost as soon as the sip is finished.

Comment

I wasn’t quite sure what to make of this one. It felt very light, with a lack of depth.
