Nose

Fresh hay and tinned sweetcorn. Seville orange marmalade, pollen, and a hint of Angostura bitters. Elderflower cordial. Cinnamon stick and green peppercorn.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. Very soft mouthfeel. Crème caramel and ripe, honeyed peach slices. Almond frangipane. Soft hay. Farley’s rusk, clove, and a hint of condensed milk.

Finish

Medium-long. Sweet corn with oaky tannins and a little milk chocolate.
