Nose

Prickly with a slight vinegary note. Joiner's workshop. Sawdust, green wood. A distant floral note.

Palate

Sweet at start but the alcohol bites and numbs the tongue. Some spices and again green oak.

Finish

Dry, soothing on sweeter notes.

Comment

That whisky definitely needs water to cut the edges but it brings out bitterness. The balance is missing.
