Tasting Notes

Nose

Lots of pink notes of strawberry jam, cherry cola and Tunes. Cinnamon Danish pastries and lapsang souchong tea with a hint of dried lavender.

Palate

Brimstone and scorched earthy heather. Pulled pork with hickory on the barbeque, then redcurrant jelly, pomegranate and cinnamon topped coffee. \n

Finish

Hot and fiery.
