Nose

You’d definitely not guess the strength just by smelling it. There’s soft white sugar, the smell of the sea, and a hint of candle wax, some grassiness and iodine too.

Palate

Punchier on the palate but, again, pleasantly so. Soft but really lingering peat smoke, lemon sponge and madeleines. With water, more smoke comes through.

Finish

That smoke sticks around along with a nice sweetness and just a hint of woodiness.
