Nose

Delicate apples and pears, a bit of marzipan, and some crayon to start. Then a bit of violet and some fig, honey blossom, and lots of white sugar.

Palate

Wonderful creamy fruit, like a summer cup dipped in thick fresh cream. There’s peach, and a bit of apricot, raspberry and blackcurrant, even a dash of rose. A nice spice rounds things out.

Finish

Quite long, with a good heat around the whole mouth.

Really delicious. Great texture and a brilliant balance between the fruit element and spice. Impressive.
