Tasting Notes

Nose

Shy. With an unpleasant turpentine note. Cardboardy as well. Opens on nicer notes. Lemon zest. Vanilla pod. All light and restrained.

Palate

Mellow and round. A lovely silky feel. Very fruity. Tinned peach. Vanilla\rcustard. Passion fruit.

Finish

Drying on spices. With character.

Comment

Nose and palate are completely different. The second saving the first. The palate shows a beautiful Irish character whereas the nose is bland. So drink it without nosing it.
