Nose

Banana bread, delicate dried apple and chamomile tea. Vanilla and pear drop. Varnished oak and some nutmeg. Pencil shavings and ink.

Palate

Light and sweet. Vanilla cookie, butter icing, some subtle pear and honey-coated granola. Some elderflower cordial. A little cinnamon candy.

Finish

Short, on vanilla. Evaporates and leaves subtle apple skin and cinnamon. Some cooling menthol character.
