Nose

Quite guarded. Sawn oak, vanilla, crayons and wet clay. Toasty oak notes.

Palate

Very light. Lots of vanilla, a little green apple. Milk chocolate and a touch of wheat flake and cinnamon. Caramel biscuit and some popcorn.

Finish

Medium length. Biscotti and some crème pâtissière.
