Nose

Warm toffee sauce drizzled over Golden Syrup pudding with orange and saffron.

Palate

Very juicy and mouthwatering with rhubarb jam and ripe plum emerging. Warming cassia, aniseed and cinnamon on the side of the tongue with a little lavender after time.

Finish

The syrup-like texture becomes waxy.
