Tasting Notes

Nose

A pastry chef’s dream: all toasted oak, vanilla, warming baking spices and a steaming apple and sultana strudel encased in caramelised, sugar-crusted pastry. There’s a side-helping of whipped and airy chocolate mousse to boot.

Palate

Sweet shortcrust pastry and those soft, warming oak spices again that shower over a creamy sea of white chocolate, fluffy red apple and fresh fig.

Finish

Chocolate mousse and pastry with a touch of dryness. Beautiful.
