Nose

Crisp malt and luscious fruit pastilles give way to creamy milk chocolate, heather honey, roasted hazelnuts and juicy raisins.

Palate

Green banana skin and kiwi with a drizzle of honey. Then a layer of caramel, more hazelnuts and oak spice with a bitter tannic char that drives up through the middle, before resting on a bed of baked apples and fleshy conference pears.

Finish

Barely burnt salted caramel popcorn and Riesen chocolate chews.

Comment

A touch of water is recommended to temper the heat and release those luscious fruits.
