Nose

A bit spicy, with some meadow honey, cinnamon sticks, baked apple pie, cedar wood, and burning incense.

Palate

Nicely rounded with a deep overall sweetness: maple syrup and melting brown sugar, some smoky butter, and red chillies.

Finish

Medium length with notes of dark treacle and nutmeg lingering.
