Nose

A jammy nose of quince paste, fruit chutney, and pink wafer biscuits, and perfumed like a lavender and rose candle.

Palate

Light bodied and effervescent thanks to the alcohol. Strawberry ice cream with ginger, pink pig penny sweets, port and cream sauce, Victoria sponge.

Finish

The rich strawberry flavours continue well into the medium-length finish. It’s juicy, although the slightest of rubbery notes can be detected.
