Nose

Deep, malty and herbal with sweet sherried dried fruit, cereal, rose petals, heather and Provençal herbs. Water pushes the sherry back and the spirit character shines.

Palate

Malt and cereal with hints of prune, raisin and treacle. Like the nose it is herbal and heathery with more emphasis on the sherry. Diluted, it highlights the toasty French oak and spirit character. \n

Finish

Long and herbal with rose petal, malt and French oak. \n

Comment

A really unique flavour profile. It might not appeal to everyone but I love it!
