Lemon syllabub and antiseptic mouthwash. Ash, in the grate of a dead fire. Blackcurrant and aniseed. A little limey sourness with water, lemon pepper and maybe coriander. Barbeque sauce and coriander.

Palate

Oily, ashy and peppery.

Finish

Drying and peppery.

Comment

A foody whisky that is a lip-smacking and moreish. Almost Thai at times.
