Perfumy. Sun warmed pine needles. Opening on floral aromas. Carnation,\rfreesia. In the back a hint of cumin. Treacle. Changes all the time. Complex\rand multilayered.

Palate

Sweet start then drying on spices. Quite crisp. Oak and lots of liquorice root. Apple skin. Spice dust.

Finish

Dry, with a dusty feel.

Interesting combination of flavours. A Bourbon? Avoid water, spoils it.
