Nose

Some melted butter, apples in cinnamon sugar, and clear honey. With a dash of water, a bit more fruit and creamy marshmallows.

Palate

Without water, very hot with some banana and honey then clove spice. With water, the marshmallows come out more, this time in toasted form. There’s some lemon soda too.

Finish

Fairly lengthy, with a touch of earthiness and lemon peel.

Comment

A good whisky that offers a nice amount of interest.
