Nose

Hello sweetness. Brandy butter-filled meringues drizzled with macerated raspberries, chargrilled lemons and cherry kirsch syrup. Alpine trees, cold porridge and white chocolate raisins.

Palate

Smooth and creamy. Herbal notes of dried sage and baby corn appear, almond butter, overripe banana skin and dried apricots.

Finish

A buttery nuttiness dries out with sage and coriander.

Comment

Serve me up a Chartreuse Sour. Sweet, creamy and herbal with a hint of citrus fruit. A decent starting point.
