Nose

Orange peel, cardamom pod, ginger, cinnamon buns, and yeasty bread dough. A little sweet tang like sherry vinegar. Gentle grassy notes. Coconut chocolate bar and crystallised pineapple.

Palate

Medium. Blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry, and rooibos tea. Waffles with golden syrup. Semi-sweet chocolate with chopped nuts. Chamomile flowers. A very subtle mushroom-like mustiness.

Finish

Medium. Ginger, liquorice, and candied orange peel. Tannins crescendo.
