Nose

Very light in the glass — peaches, white flowers, cream soda, and granulated sugar.

Palate

An even more delicate palate here — light stone fruit, maybe some gooseberry. With water, dissipates even more.

Finish

Without water, fairly biting, with a good zing of alcohol spice across sides and back of tongue. With water, fades quickly.

Comment

Wanted to get more oomph from this — initially the nose suggested the palate would have a broader feel, but lacked a little in terms of its complexity.
