Crème frâiche, subtle lime juice, crumbly Wensleydale with apricot pieces and roasted broccoli with butter. Banana fritter and red apple.

Palate

Full. Richly creamy, with ripe pineapple, lime juice, coconut cream, and butter icing. Vanilla syrup over almond cake, whipped cream and grated lemon zest. Sour physalis and tart green apple. Delicate cinnamon and nutmeg, with icing sugar.

Finish

Medium. Evolves into fried plantain.
