Nose

Starts creamy/buttery, then sooty smoke and hints of oily weight. Water teases out a marine/medicinal note and malty core. Gains power as it develops but is subtle and complex, not overpowering.

Palate

A firm structure with briny character on show. Great rich, quite oily feel. Mouthfilling and complex.

Finish

Decent length.
