Nose

A little shy at first, then a grilled mango, honey and linseed potato bread. Old bundles of paper and secondhand books. Wafer biscuits, poached pears and toffee apples develop. Dunnage warehouse vibe and snuffed out candles.

Palate

Massive sweetness at first, then poached pears and the spice of ginger biscuits. Develops a wonderful autumnal leafy mulch.

Finish

Short and warming with ginger spices playing about.

Comment

Decent enough for the springtime hipflask, and water helps it open up.
