Nose

Autumn leaves, honey and toasted, crispy crumpets. A little curry leaf too. Record sleeves. A touch of minerality too, that leafy note moves around from good matured mulch to fresh spring sap.

Palate

Sweet and rich, creamy with plenty of oak coming through at first. Some cooked and stewed fruits. A gentle salami spice note.

Finish

Milk chocolate and chilli spice, Quite mouth watering.

Comment

Spicy, big and bold. Water helps it find its more refined edges and also lengthens the spice notes out.
