Nose

A little soapy at first, laundry fresh out of the machine, then these wonderful floral notes develop. Melted marshmallow and ginger nut biscuits. Becomes malty with fresh orange zest, cherry juice.

Palate

Follows the nose with citrus and those malty notes. Then a little meat edge, pastrami on fresh rye bread. Turns more nutty as time goes on, chocolate hazelnuts and a hint of smoke.

Finish

Short, sweet with bags of malt and lime. Water lengthens this.

Comment

Alcoholic strength is not shown when neat, water helps draw out more layers.
