Nose

Light and fresh. Lemon sherbet and giant strawberry sweets, freshly laundered sheets, violets, oak shavings, vanilla butter-scotch and canned air. Yes, seriously.

Palate

Plenty of spice. It’s peppery and drying, with toffee, lemon pith, lime peel, desiccated coconut and those strawberry sweets \r\nwith sawdust.

Finish

A prickly heat alongside the toffee and a salty, grassy note.
