Nose

Warm, creamy notes with a metallic edge of butterscotch fudge, copper shavings and coconut yoghurt. Barbecued bananas, crème fraiche with honey and a can of Ting.

Palate

That metallic note carries through. It sits alongside flavours of torched grapefruit peel, rosemary sea salt flakes and lemon curd.

Finish

One tangy and tart whisky going on here. Aluminium foil and parmesan cheese joining in.
