Nose

At first, green peppers and warm Brie — not aromas I normally associate with single malt. Then, some orange peel and puff pastry.

Palate

There’s some sea water and blueberries, before freshly cut grass and black peppercorns.

Finish

Finish is quite quick with a spice that washes across much of the palate.

Hard to categorise this one, but certainly one to share tasting notes on with friends.
