Nose

A really engaging nose here — pulls me straight in. It’s vibrant but rich. There’s glacé cherries, honeysuckle, some nasturtium flowers.

Palate

Less intense on the palate with lots of bananas to start: banana pancakes, roasted bananas, and banana chips.

Finish

Medium length with a touch of alcohol mid-palate and a nice spice.

Comment

Was really drawn into this one on the nose — wanted a bit more texture from the palate but either way it was really enjoyable.
