Nose

Apples and white sponge cake, then a bit of freshly cut grass and a little lemonade.

Palate

A great palate — really clean and fresh, with notes of vanilla pods, aniseed candies, lemon cakes, and icing sugar.

Finish

Good touch of spice to finish that finally shows off the ABV which is otherwise very balanced when tried on its own.

Sweet and comforting — a little fresh dessert in a glass.
