Nose

Well hello sandalwood and alpine trees. Woody, earthy, fruity and floral with fruit polos, lilies, damp bark chippings and rose oil. A dusting of icing sugar over banoffee pies shines through.

Palate

Seriously musky with autumnal notes appearing. Turkish delights, crème caramel, milk sorbet and even sautéed cabbage with roasted chilli flakes. White pepper. Damp wood crackling on an open fire.

Finish

Hot, musky and spicy all at once.
