Tasting Notes

Nose

Grassy. Wet straw, slightly musty. Earthy. Mushrooms. Touch of angelica and garden mint.

Palate

Smooth at start then gets fizzy and tickles the tongue. The same mushroom and musty notes as on the nose. Distant vanilla.

Finish

Dry, spicy. Slightly astringent.

Comment

I like mushrooms but not so much in a glass! It is this musty note which gets so unpleasant.
